The Problems You’ll Solve
At Carta, we empower our team members to unlock the potential of participation in private markets. We believe that the challenges we tackle today pave the way for tomorrow's opportunities. As a Business Development Manager, Private Equity Partners:
You will play a pivotal role in expanding Carta’s market presence by strengthening existing partnerships and forging new connections within the private equity and credit sectors. You will serve as a key representative of Carta within the Private Funds ecosystem, driving deeper penetration of our offerings.
- Create advocates for Carta’s fund administration products—including fund formation, SPV formation, valuations, KYC/AML, and portfolio insights—by collaborating with partners who support mid-market and upmarket private funds.
- These partners encompass law firms, accounting firms, consultants, placement agents, compliance firms, industry groups, investment platforms, and wealth managers, among others.
- Collaborate across functions with Product, Delivery, Engineering, Implementations, Support, Sales, and Marketing teams to gather industry feedback and relay insights internally.
