Join our dynamic team at DataMax AI as a Business Development Manager for the Middle East. This pivotal role is tailored for a professional with extensive experience in Maximo EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and a comprehensive understanding of the GCC market landscape. You will be instrumental in enhancing our market presence and driving the growth of DataMax AI’s innovative solutions in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Market Expansion:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to facilitate growth for DataMax AI's Maximo solutions across the GCC.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with key industry decision-makers in sectors including oil & gas, utilities, and facilities management.
    • Develop and implement a customized sales strategy that aligns with the unique needs of the GCC market, specifically focusing on Maximo EAM solutions.
  2. Client Engagement & Solution Selling:
    • Effectively position DataMax AI’s offerings to cater to potential client requirements in the Middle East.
    • Offer strategic insights to clients on optimizing their Maximo systems to enhance operational efficiencies.
    • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations for key stakeholders.
  3. Sales Pipeline Management:
    • Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline to meet and surpass regional targets.
    • Monitor sales activities and meticulously document interactions and progress within the CRM system.
  4. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor offerings in the EAM space within the GCC.
    • Analyze competitor actions and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  5. Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including technical and support staff, to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
    • Provide reports on sales performance, market insights, and emerging business opportunities to senior management.
