Qualifications

University degree or equivalent qualification.5+ years of experience in branch banking, operations, and relationship management or customer service, preferably in a high-net-worth individual (HNWI) relationship management role. CISI level 3 and UAE rules and regulations certification.

About the job

  • Lead the team in generating new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets across both assets and liabilities.
  • Engage in joint client meetings with team members to enhance business growth and establish new client relationships, alongside conducting daily team huddles and monthly performance assessments in line with established guidelines.
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members by setting clear objectives, identifying developmental needs, and managing performance to reduce staff turnover while enhancing overall team performance.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with existing RAK elite/wealth management clients to increase revenue and share of wallet, while also evaluating the quality and profitability of both new and existing client portfolios.
  • Ensure that the RAK elite/wealth management service standards are consistently met and maintained, with a commitment to sourcing only desirable business, while ensuring all team members complete their IS certification within the required timeframe.
  • Deliver comprehensive information regarding IS products available on the platform, empowering customers to make informed decisions, and keep clients updated on current market trends and global economic policies, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare, recommend, and assess credit applications for various banking products, ensuring accurate documentation and timely disbursement, while managing a growing portfolio of relationships, liabilities, AUM, and assets.
  • Advise clients on additional banking products, refer potential leads, and facilitate maximum conversions, while cross-selling various products to minimize customer attrition.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the entire product and service range and stay updated on market developments both locally and globally.
