Teltonika is hiring a Business Development Manager for Electronics Manufacturing Services in Mexico City. The position focuses on expanding revenue, building strategic partnerships, and growing the customer base throughout North America. The role emphasizes acquiring new clients, nurturing key accounts, and promoting Teltonika’s manufacturing capabilities.
What you will do
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue from external customers and establish long-term partnerships across the U. S. and North America.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in electronics, industrial, automotive, medical, energy, and IoT sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in procurement, engineering, operations, and executive leadership.
- Promote Teltonika’s vertically integrated manufacturing services, including PCB manufacturing, EMS/ODM, and plastic injection molding.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal creation, negotiation, contract closure, and ongoing account growth.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and project management teams in the U. S. and Europe to deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing models, and business cases for potential clients.
- Represent Teltonika at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
- Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and assess competitive positioning.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide detailed pipeline, forecast, and performance reports.
Requirements
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in electronics contract manufacturing.
- Background in complex solution selling and technical B2B sales.
