Role Overview

This remote Business Development Manager role is based in Dubai. The position focuses on expanding Zeal Group’s reach in multi-asset trading, including Gold, Oil, FX, and Cryptocurrencies. The role centers on building relationships, onboarding partners, and driving business growth in the UAE and MENA region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners interested in multi-asset trading.
  • Onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs) and support them in growing accounts, deposits, and revenue.
  • Identify and connect with Money Managers and IBs in the UAE/MENA region.
  • Grow a book of business by networking both inside and outside the market, targeting potential IBs from various industries.
  • Understand client trading needs and prepare tailored proposals for Zeal Group’s services.
  • Cross-sell to retail clients who qualify as IBs, guiding them through the client growth lifecycle.
  • Keep up with market news and trends in FX, Commodities, Stocks, and Indices.
  • Offer insights on trading strategies, options, and risk management.
  • Explain industry terminology and trading practices to clients clearly.
  • Attend industry and company events as directed by management to identify new clients.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Engage with prospective and existing clients, responding to their questions and needs.
  • Prepare persuasive sales presentations and proposals that outline service details.
  • Keep accurate customer records in the CRM system and log all communications.
  • Track and follow up on client funding, trading volume, and new account activations.
