Join ProgressSoft as a Business Development Manager (BDM) and leverage your 5-10 years of experience in sales within the banking and payment solutions sector. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record working with reputable banks in the UAE, taking charge of the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing and ongoing maintenance. The BDM will conduct market analysis and forge strong relationships with senior management and stakeholders in the banking and financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by ProgressSoft.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan tailored for the UAE market, aligning with ProgressSoft’s 2022-2026 strategy and business objectives.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Technical Team Leaders.
- Engage with clients to accurately capture their requirements, ensuring alignment with ProgressSoft's offerings.
- Work closely with the Bidding Team to prepare comprehensive documents and proposals outlining business requirements and showcasing ProgressSoft's capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and proposals for solutions and maintenance services.
- Utilize ProgressSoft’s CRM extensively to maintain and update client profiles.
- Conduct competitive analysis to compare ProgressSoft’s products against market competitors.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities.
- Build robust distribution channels with prestigious local, regional, and global firms.
