About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our Orchard Title team. This pivotal role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while fostering long-term relationships with Realtors and joint venture partners. As a full-time position, this role will report to the VP of Growth and Business Development and can be performed remotely within our Texas markets, with a preference for Dallas or Houston.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Proactively build new business through relationship management with Realtors, real estate teams, and joint venture partners via outreach, virtual meetings, and in-person networking events.
  • Assess new business opportunities, identify client needs, and transform discussions into enduring partnerships.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets by demonstrating discipline in managing your sales pipeline and following through on commitments.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records, ensuring visibility into progress and accountability.
  • Increase market presence by attending networking events and industry gatherings to expand our referral network.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, title and escrow products, and compliance regulations to provide informed client advice.
