Your Role
 
As a Business Development Manager, you will be pivotal in driving the residential mortgage origination volume across various business sectors for specific mortgage brokers in your designated areas. You will uphold the Bank’s dedication to superior service within our broker network. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new broker partnerships and nurturing existing ones to maximize origination potential and meet performance targets.
 
Effective relationship management will be key to your success, leveraging your positive demeanor and professional approach to deliver outstanding service in a competitive landscape. You will assist brokers in identifying suitable deals that align with the Bank’s offerings, advocate for the Bank’s value proposition, and support both brokers and internal teams in closing successful deals. Achieving success in this role will rely on your comprehensive understanding of the broker network, the Bank’s product suite, internal processes, and credit guidelines, as well as your collaborative skills with colleagues.
