Your Mission
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead our Danish operations in Copenhagen, driving ongoing growth and success. You will be responsible for crafting your strategy, delivering commercial expertise, and ensuring long-term profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a natural ability to build trust and relationships with people. You are also exceptionally driven, hands-on, and capable of inspiring a high-performance team.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement your sales strategy.
- Build a robust lead generation system.
- Drive sales and continuously meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Once specific sales goals are achieved, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading a top-tier sales team.
- Actively participate in budgeting and goal-setting for the organization.
- Monitor KPIs and continually develop and implement action plans to improve results.
- Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc.
- Collaborate closely with and work alongside other leaders.
- Report directly to the CEO.
