Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners interested in trading multi-asset products, including Gold, Oil, FX, and Cryptocurrencies.
- Onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs) and assist them in increasing accounts, deposits, and overall revenues.
- Identify and engage with prominent Money Managers and IBs within the UAE/MENA region.
- Organically expand your business portfolio by establishing relationships within and outside the market, targeting potential IBs from diverse industries.
- Assess client trading needs and prepare tailored proposals that align with their objectives.
- Cross-sell services to retail clients reaching the IB threshold, guiding them through the client growth lifecycle.
- Stay informed about market trends and news in FX, Commodities, Stocks, and Indices.
- Provide insights on trading strategies, options, and risk management.
- Educate clients on industry terminology and trading practices.
- Participate in industry and company events to source potential clients as per management directives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Engage with prospective or existing customers to address their inquiries and requirements.
- Create compelling sales presentations or proposals to effectively communicate service offerings.
- Maintain accurate customer records through our CRM, logging all communications.
- Oversee client funding, volume, and new account activations through diligent follow-up.
