We are seeking a Business Development Manager to enhance our Abu Dhabi team. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate relationships with retail partners and onboard them onto the Deliveroo platform, creating a top-tier proposition in an exciting new business area.

Your Responsibilities
As part of the SMB (Small and Medium Business) team, reporting to the SMB Team Lead, you will be tasked with expanding our retail and restaurant presence in the region, ensuring that new partners launch successfully and gain rapid traction on our platform.
Your daily activities may include:
Strategic Prospecting: Identify, pitch, and secure new partners across your territory, leveraging your expertise to discover emerging brands and build a robust lead pipeline.
Multi-channel Outreach: Connect with retail partners through in-person meetings, emails, calls, and social media to showcase Deliveroo’s technology and value proposition.
Onboarding Management: Supervise the onboarding process for partners to ensure it is swift, effective, and seamless.
Launch Success: Track and assist partner performance during the critical first eight weeks post-signing to ensure long-term success.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Deliveroo at local gatherings and industry events to enhance our network and visibility in the Abu Dhabi market.
