About the Role...
As a Business Development Executive, you will engage with hotel owners across various European and UK territories, promoting the benefits of our products to enhance their operations. You will gain insights into the challenges faced by accommodation providers and offer impactful solutions that add value to their daily activities and profitability. At SiteMinder, a leader in dynamic hotel revenue management, you will be at the forefront of transformational advancements in the industry.
We ensure a supportive onboarding experience with comprehensive training on our products, industry nuances, and sales methodologies. Our month-long training program is designed to equip you for success, backed by a dedicated sales coach, a mentoring buddy, and your team leader to guide and inspire you towards achieving your career aspirations.
Your Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition - Develop new business opportunities and upsell to existing clients.
Sales Performance - Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets, ensuring timely completion of all sales processes. Identify upgrade prospects within the existing client base and generate new sales.
Presentation and Negotiation - Prepare precise quotations and engage in effective negotiation strategies.
