Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role, with a strong preference for real estate experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Able to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Female candidates and Hindi speakers are preferred.

The ideal candidate will proactively connect with potential clients, thoroughly understand their real estate requirements, and effectively align those needs with the comprehensive services offered by Meraki Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to uncover potential clients and market opportunities through diverse channels.
  • Client Engagement: Reach out to prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to showcase the offerings of Meraki Group.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and client feedback to uncover new opportunities.
  • Proposal Preparation: Assist in crafting tailored sales proposals, presentations, and additional sales materials that meet client specifications.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure consistent follow-up with potential clients and maintain detailed documentation of interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the sales team and other departments to guarantee smooth communication and support for client needs.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead generation, client engagement, and market insights for management review.
