Your Role as a Business Development Executive
In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the expansion of our customer base by identifying new prospects and scheduling quality appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound prospecting and sales calls to potential business clients across the UK.
- Promoting Focus Group’s extensive range of services, from telecommunications to IT solutions.
- Scheduling face-to-face or virtual meetings for our Business Development Managers.
- Managing call activity and recording information in our CRM system.
- Building a pipeline of future opportunities across various Focus divisions.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and effectively representing the Focus Group brand.
