Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Business Development Executive (BDE) to spearhead our field sales efforts across the market. This role involves acquiring new SMB customers, engaging in proactive cold calling, and successfully closing long-term deals in person.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily client visits to promote Apna’s recruitment solutions.
  • Generate prospects and share comprehensive market data with your manager.
  • Handle customer objections regarding product offerings, competition, pricing, and expectations.
  • Assess business requirements and offer tailored recruitment solutions to SMB clients.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they post their first job on our platform.
  • Build strong references in the market to drive organic revenue growth.
  • Represent the Apna brand effectively, highlighting our value proposition to interested prospects.
  • Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets, aligning with both short and long-term growth goals.
  • Enhance brand visibility for Apna in the market through strategic collateral distribution and networking.
