The Feet on Street (FOS) division is vital to Apna’s impressive growth trajectory. Within just 18 months of launching, Apna emerged as a market leader by excelling in SMB lead generation, effectively targeting potential clients, and facilitating seamless onboarding. As we continue to expand, we seek energetic individuals to spearhead our next growth phase.

About the Role

We are on the lookout for dynamic Business Development Executives (BDEs) who are go-getters and eager to engage directly with small and medium businesses to integrate them into the Apna network. This position is a field sales role dedicated to SMB client acquisition and successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report daily to the designated location for team stand-up meetings
  • Engage in 20 in-person meetings daily with HR representatives or decision-makers
  • Log meetings in real-time using our CRM system (only CRM-logged meetings will be counted)
  • Achieve and surpass onboarding targets

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate or above
  • Experience: 0–10 years (freshers are welcome)
  • Preferred Industries: Online payments, e-commerce, logistics, or similar acquisition-focused roles

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Experience in cold calling & lead generation (door-to-door or in-person)
  • Street-smart, target-driven, and self-motivated

Mandatory:

  • Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
