Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Operate the Business Development FrameworkDesign and implement the business development engine, incorporating sourcing, research, qualification, team allocation, and pipeline tracking. Create workflows and governance structures that offer leadership insight into pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue projections. Establish standardized qualification criteria and routing logic to ensure senior advisors focus on high-potential opportunities. Implement handoff protocols and feedback mechanisms to maintain momentum and preserve relationship quality throughout the client engagement process. Craft customized presentations and proposals for potential clients, aligning them with their specific financial objectives and our firm’s value proposition. Oversee and manage the prospective client pipeline in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), including interaction logging, status updating, and maintaining accurate records. Facilitate Consistent Client EngagementDevelop resources and playbooks that support consistent engagement with prospective clients, including templates and positioning frameworks aligned with a cohesive firm narrative. Ensure advisors are equipped with well-researched opportunities and strong materials at the point of engagement.
