We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Associate to contribute to our North American business expansion. This position is perfect for an early-career professional with a strong work ethic, a passion for sales, and a keen interest in business dynamics.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Regional Managing Director and the sales team to identify prospective clients, compile targeted prospect lists, and foster new relationships. Your efforts will directly fuel the growth of our company by securing qualified meetings with potential clients.

This is an exceptional opportunity to gain foundational knowledge in business development, sales strategies, and relationship management within a rapidly growing creative and technology firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Research
    • Identify potential clients within real estate development, architecture, agencies, and related sectors. Conduct thorough research on companies, projects, and key decision-makers to uncover opportunities.
    • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists utilizing LinkedIn, industry databases, and market research.
  • Outreach & Relationship Building
    • Identify and source key contacts such as marketing directors, development leads, and senior executives. Support targeted outreach initiatives via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
    • Assist in initiating conversations with prospective clients and introduce them to our sales team.
  • Meeting Coordination
    • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
    • Prepare briefing notes on prospective clients prior to meetings.
    • Maintain detailed records of outreach and conversations using CRM tools.
  • Sales Support
    • Collaborate closely with the Regional Managing Director and the business development team to prioritize prospects and outreach strategies.
    • Track outreach progress and monitor the pipeline of potential opportunities.
    • Assist with marketing initiatives, including events, industry outreach, and targeted campaigns.
