Position Overview: Business Development Associate
Target total compensation is between $100,000 and $125,000, which includes a fixed annual salary of $75,000 to $85,000, a target commission of $20,000 to $29,000, equity plan grants, and exceptional benefits.
Equity grants are made in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as the catalyst for growth by introducing Rokt’s AI-driven ecommerce platform to new enterprises. Your mission will involve prospecting into enterprise accounts, crafting persuasive outreach, leading presentations, and guiding deals from initial conversation to successful close. With the aid of AI tools and data-driven insights, you'll identify high-value opportunities and build a robust pipeline. If you thrive on the challenge of seeking new leads and are motivated by ambitious goals, this position puts you at the forefront of Rokt’s expansion.
The Business Development team is tasked with:
- Pipeline Development: Researching industries, mapping enterprise prospects, and utilizing AI insights to prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Deal Management: Guiding deals from first contact to closing, which includes crafting outreach, leading presentations, addressing objections, and negotiating with enterprise decision-makers.
- Long-term Partnerships: Gaining a deep understanding of how prospects operate, demonstrating how Rokt aligns with their growth strategies, and establishing lasting partnerships.
