Role overview The Financial Brand Partnerships (Sales) team is looking for a Business Development Associate. This position supports senior sales staff, helps strengthen relationships with key accounts, and searches for new opportunities among financial brands. Over time, the associate will build the skills needed to manage an independent sales pipeline. What you will do Account research and mapping: Build organizational charts for target financial brands, identify decision-makers, and gather insights to inform strategy. Sales enablement: Collaborate with Account Executives to advance deals, prepare briefing documents, call notes, and follow-up materials. Training and development: Shadow calls, join discovery conversations, and work toward managing a personal pipeline.
