Key Responsibilities:Craft and implement a comprehensive business development and partnership strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Identify and prioritize high-impact partnership opportunities with brands, corporations, and KOLs across essential segments. Build and maintain a robust partnership pipeline with clear prioritization and tracking methods. Manage the complete partnership lifecycle, including designing commercially viable partnership models. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of partnership initiatives. Lead and mentor a team of business development managers and executives. Establish clear targets, monitor performance, and foster accountability. Continuously evaluate and analyze the performance of ongoing partnerships, tracking key metrics and results. Identify areas for enhancement and refine partnership strategies to boost ROI and scalability. Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of online channels, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development and Partnership Lead (KOL and Brands) to spearhead Moomoo Singapore's growth through impactful partnerships and scalable business development initiatives.

This pivotal role will oversee the development of strategic partnerships with KOLs, content platforms, and key online channels, concentrating on acquiring premium clients and establishing sustainable growth pipelines.
