Qualifications
Key Skills and Experience Required:Over 7 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the Insurance sector. Thorough understanding of various project management methodologies, planning processes, and techniques. Proven track record in monitoring and reporting within a project environment. Experience managing multiple projects of at least 6 months in duration, each with budgets exceeding £1 million. Expertise in delivering mid-scale cross-functional business change projects. Strong conflict resolution skills in project settings. Experience managing complex, diverse, and high-value projects effectively. Advanced stakeholder management abilities. In-depth knowledge of project constraints and complexities. Proficiency in risk management principles and their implications on projects. Experience leading teams of at least 5 individuals. Successful management of third-party relationships. Ability to operate effectively in uncertain and rapidly changing environments. Hands-on management of 2 or more projects with similar characteristics. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum. Knowledge of the banking industry, including products and competitor landscape. Awareness of banking regulations and legislative frameworks.
