As a Business Banking Relationship Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound communications through calls, chats, and emails. Your primary responsibility will involve addressing inquiries, resolving account-related issues, and providing detailed information about our products and services.
Your role will include engaging with customers to identify their financial needs, enabling you to effectively cross-sell our banking products and services that best meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for reporting any suspected fraudulent transactions in accordance with established fraud detection protocols.
In addition, you will work to manage and de-escalate customer frustrations or complaints, demonstrating empathy and patience while striving for satisfactory resolutions. Adhering strictly to security and compliance guidelines, you will ensure the confidentiality and integrity of customer information and transactions.
Collaboration with team members and other departments will be essential in addressing customer issues and enhancing overall service delivery. Staying informed about banking products, policies, and procedures will empower you to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
You will document all customer interactions accurately in our designated systems, maintaining detailed records for future reference. Your commitment to exceptional service delivery will be key in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
To succeed in this role, you will be expected to achieve monthly sales targets through effective cross-selling and closing of sales, as well as provide valuable market feedback on competition and suggestions for product improvement.
This role demands personalized service, where you will efficiently gather customer information, assess their needs, and educate them accordingly, while capturing and reporting customer feedback for continual product development. It is essential to follow all bank procedures and processes with full adherence to BCP steps, ensuring differentiation between Conventional and Islamic calls based on customer preferences.
