Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst (BA) where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our business processes and ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. The BA is responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating those requirements into clear functional specifications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, technology, operations, and various stakeholders to deliver effective solutions that drive business success.


Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis

  • Engage with stakeholders to grasp business objectives and challenges.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, interviews, and surveys.
  • Document comprehensive business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and requirement traceability matrices.

2. Process & Data Analysis

  • Analyze current business processes to identify gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and recommend actionable process improvements.
  • Collaborate with data teams to interpret trends and performance insights.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks as necessary.

3. Solution Design & Documentation

  • Work with product and technical teams to design optimal solutions.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and workflow diagrams.
  • Validate solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution.
  • Ensure seamless alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.
  • Communicate requirements, project updates, and statuses effectively.
  • Prioritize requirements based on business value and feasibility.

5. Project Support

  • Assist in project planning, scope definition, and timeline estimation.
  • Monitor deliverables to ensure adherence to project deadlines.
  • Provide post-implementation support, training, and documentation.
