Business Analyst
Position Overview
As a pivotal member of our team at AvePoint, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital transformation of internal processes and products at MAS. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage the diverse business requirements across various products.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Business Requirements and Functional Solution aspects, defining the problem scope and developing business cases to address identified challenges.
- Document user requirements and user stories, evaluate alternatives, and recommend optimal solutions tailored to our needs.
- Conduct thorough business analysis.
- Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring: Identify stakeholders and methodologies to effectively manage, track, and trace requirements.
- Enterprise Analysis: Clarify business needs, define solution scope, and create compelling business cases.
- Elicitation: Explore, identify, and document business needs comprehensively.
- Requirements Analysis: Assess current states, analyze stakeholders' stated requirements, and elaborate on them to define business needs accurately.
- Solution Assessment and Validation: Evaluate alternatives to identify the best-fit solutions, recognize gaps, and suggest necessary adjustments. Assess deployed solutions to confirm they meet original needs effectively.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and principles to enhance project delivery, emphasizing continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Review and assess testing scenarios, test cases, and reports to ensure comprehensive test coverage and effective execution.
- Manage conflicts, issues, and changes to keep stakeholders and the project team aligned on solution scope while effectively communicating expectations.
- Facilitate collaboration and coordination between internal MAS teams and third-party teams as needed.
- Work closely with third-party vendors to monitor and assess progress on key delivery and payment milestones, ensuring compliance with service levels outlined in contractual agreements.
- Coordinate review and sign-off processes with internal MAS teams to ensure alignment.
- Perform tasks as assigned by the Program Manager/Program Directors.
