This position transforms raw event streams and operational datasets into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. Oversight of complex SQL pipelines, KPI framework design, and dashboard creation for leadership are key aspects of this role. The position also supports the growth of the BI function by mentoring analysts, establishing best practices, and encouraging collaboration across departments. What you will do Develop and maintain layered analytical models focused on device lifecycle, application usage, and monetization metrics such as RPH, ARPU, eCPM, fill-rate, and retention. Reconcile data from multiple operational, product, and revenue systems, identifying and tracking discrepancies. Create models centered on entities for health, attribution, and longitudinal behavior analysis. Analyze auction funnels from requests through to revenue, troubleshooting drop-offs at each stage. Monitor core KPIs using anomaly detection and investigative playbooks to speed up root-cause analysis. Conduct cohorting, time-series, and survival analyses to support growth, churn, and lifetime value (LTV) initiatives. Set up anomaly detection and alerts on key revenue and usage KPIs. Design scalable KPI dashboards in Apache Superset for executives and operational teams, enabling self-service data exploration. Establish a governed metrics layer with clear semantic definitions to provide a single source of truth across teams. Use templating and parameterization to build reusable dashboards for different regions, applications, and device classes. Align schemas, SLAs, and data contracts to improve pipeline reliability and query performance. Create efficient rollups, aggregate tables (daily, weekly, hourly), and materialized views for high-traffic queries, setting appropriate refresh schedules. Incorporate testing, documentation, and lineage to ensure analytical models remain trustworthy and maintainable.
