Role Overview

The Business Analyst II - Product works with the Product team, focusing on how Machine Learning, Research, and Sensor Intelligence initiatives shape the WHOOP product. This role sits at the intersection of algorithms and product strategy. Expect to build a deep understanding of WHOOP’s core algorithms, including heart rate, sleep tracking, and activity monitoring, and tie that knowledge to product direction, feature adoption, and member engagement.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with Product, Machine Learning, Research, and Sensor Intelligence teams to connect technical advances with product experience.
  • Analyze how algorithmic outputs impact feature usage and member engagement.
  • Translate complex data into insights that inform product strategy and evolution.
  • Advocate for ideas that improve the member experience based on analytical findings.
