Demonstrated experience in a digital manufacturing environment, with familiarity in MES, ERP, and PLM systems and their interconnectivity with operations. Strong user empathy and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder interactions.

We are seeking a talented Digital Tools Manufacturing Engineer to join Anduril’s Manufacturing Digital Tools & Procedures team. This crucial team is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes through the deployment of cutting-edge digital solutions and comprehensive procedural management, ensuring operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the latest industry standards.

ABOUT THE JOB:
As a Digital Tools Manufacturing Engineer (Business Analyst), you will play a pivotal role in the internal implementation and adoption of Anduril’s ProductionOS manufacturing software. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical and analytical skills, enabling them to drive impactful results across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Collaborate with manufacturing and software leadership to devise and execute innovative software strategies that boost productivity, cut costs, and enhance quality.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to align the manufacturing software roadmap with broader business goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our manufacturing processes remain cutting-edge.
  • Champion the adoption of manufacturing software solutions throughout the company, facilitating effective communication between users and developers.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for manufacturing software standards and best practices.
