Join Quaestor's expanding Technology Team as a Data Integrity Associate, where your primary responsibility will be to ensure the precision and reliability of data utilized by Quaestor's diverse teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with the Operations and IT Teams to oversee data quality within the Arena Data Warehouse and proprietary pipeline software.
- Perform thorough data reconciliation within the Arena Data Warehouse and pipeline to maintain data accuracy.
- Develop additional data reconciliation processes as necessary.
- Assist internal Arena teams in proper data input and address any discrepancies that arise.
- Coordinate with third-party entities (Fund Administrators, Prime Brokers, Custodians, etc.) to ensure accurate data exchange.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of thriving in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment, demonstrating a broad understanding of business operations and a commitment to continuous improvement in processes and procedures aimed at achieving excellence with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- A Bachelor’s degree from a prestigious university, preferably in a quantitative field (finance, economics, accounting) is essential.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in a securities or investment firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA knowledge is a plus) and PowerBI or similar query tools.
- Strong analytical and writing capabilities.
- Familiarity with equity, debt, and FX trading and settlements.
- Unwavering personal integrity and high ethical standards.
- A positive attitude, robust work ethic, and a collaborative spirit are crucial.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to work during US shifts.
