Key Responsibilities:
Change Analysis & Delivery
- Evaluate existing processes, systems, and operational frameworks to pinpoint gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Design future-state processes, workflows, and business rules that align with project objectives.
- Assist in change impact assessments, readiness activities, and business adoption strategies.
- Lead workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions to collect insights and cultivate a shared understanding.
Requirements Elicitation & Documentation
- Gather and validate business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional needs.
- Ensure that requirements are traceable, testable, and aligned with approved change outcomes.
- Contribute to solution design by providing business context and representing stakeholder perspectives.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Develop strong relationships across various levels to collect feedback, resolve issues, and influence decisions.
- Present findings, options, and recommendations in a clear and objective manner.
- Assist with communication strategies, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Process & Operational Readiness
- Map end-to-end processes, identify control points, and ensure preparedness for regulatory, customer, or operational impacts.
- Collaborate with operational teams to effectively implement changes.
- Support test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of business outcomes.
