Additionally, candidates should be adept at creating shocks and scenarios for stress testing.A comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements, including Basel, FSA, and OSFI for credit, market, operational, or liquidity risk, is a must. The candidate should have experience with at least one end-to-end implementation, ideally involving Basel 2 or Basel 3.Furthermore, a minimum of three years of IT experience in system implementation, programming, or software product development is required.
