Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience. Proficient in English at C1 level or higher. Experience through at least one complete software solution lifecycle. Knowledge of business process modeling using BPMN notation. Experience in eliciting and analyzing requirements/user stories. Familiarity with analysis/modeling notations such as UML (capability diagrams, activity diagrams, state diagrams, logical data models, etc.). Proficiency in modeling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect, or similar. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to create and maintain comprehensive analytical and project documentation. Excellent problem-solving skills. Experience with projects involving authentic and false identity and travel documents. Experience in projects related to systems processing large data sets.

  • Elicit and analyze business needs, requirements, and user stories.
  • Support business experts and product owners in defining requirements and software development.
  • Maintain and track requirements/user stories throughout the systems lifecycle.
  • Translate business, user, and technical needs into comprehensive business requirements specifications.
  • Map business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, and system features.
  • Analyze existing systems to identify potential solutions.
  • Assist in preparing business cases and feasibility studies.
  • Contribute to systems design, testing, quality assurance, and change management.
  • Design, validate, and test business processes to achieve excellence.
  • Adopt a holistic approach to planning and managing programs aimed at continuous improvement of business processes.
  • Coach organizational staff on upcoming changes and ensure training plans are in place for new skills and processes.
  • Collaborate with process owners to continuously identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for improving business processes that enhance customer service, reduce costs, or increase revenue.
  • Effectively communicate project objectives, business cases, requirements, and scope to all stakeholders for rapid responses to business needs.
  • Conduct quantitative analyses of business processes, including cost-benefit and what-if analyses.
  • Plan organizational change processes.
  • Implement performance monitoring systems for business processes.
  • Support business users in developing strategic and tactical plans (e.g., sector strategies, implementation plans).
  • Assist in defining transition roadmaps for business architectures.
