- Effectively communicate project objectives, business cases, requirements, and scope to all stakeholders for rapid responses to business needs.
- Conduct quantitative analyses of business processes, including cost-benefit and what-if analyses.
- Plan organizational change processes.
- Implement performance monitoring systems for business processes.
- Support business users in developing strategic and tactical plans (e.g., sector strategies, implementation plans).
- Assist in defining transition roadmaps for business architectures.
