Role Overview: Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic Instructor This position focuses on preparing students for careers as aircraft maintenance technicians. Instructors at AIM help bridge the gap between hands-on technical work and classroom learning, sharing their expertise and supporting student growth. New instructors complete a 5-week training program designed to ease the transition from the hangar to the classroom. Resources are available to help refresh foundational knowledge as needed.
