Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving high tenant satisfaction, maintaining safety standards, and enhancing building efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all building maintenance operations, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.Monitor and manage building energy consumption to promote operational efficiency.Supervise contractor activities and manage tenant improvement projects effectively.Prepare and manage budgets; oversee inventory and procurement processes.Lead, mentor, and evaluate the Engineering team; set performance goals and development plans.Engage with tenants, contractors, and property managers to ensure seamless building operations and swiftly address tenant inquiries.Collaborate with vendors to define project scopes and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.Conduct comprehensive inspections to verify system efficiency, maintaining detailed documentation and compliance logs.Adhere to company safety protocols, employ appropriate PPE, and enforce compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFC, NFPA regulations while overseeing safety training.Communicate professionally with team members, leadership, vendors, tenants, and clients, keeping all stakeholders informed.Perform additional duties as assigned.
