About the job
About Us:
Founded in 2007, Wifinity emerged to address the connectivity challenges faced by our armed forces, particularly in remote barrack locations where reliable internet access was essential. This need extends beyond the military to students in university accommodations, families at holiday resorts, and individuals in shared living situations or retirement communities.
Unlike conventional broadband, Wifinity provides the same advantages, such as high-speed internet and secure networks, without the typical drawbacks. Our flexible Pay As You Go options ensure customers pay only for what they need, eliminating long-term contracts and hefty penalties.
We simplify connectivity for everyone.

- Supervising field contractor installation teams to ensure adherence to project-specific quality and technical standards.
- Collaborating with the Project Manager on client site tasks, including performance management of contractor resources and site handover documentation.
- Assessing completed work by third parties for sign-off.
- Conducting verification at critical project stages to ensure standards are met, initiating remedial actions as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with Wifinity's Health and Safety requirements at all times.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and build partners, effectively managing feedback and highlighting areas for improvement.
- Generating post-installation audit reports containing factual data for quality assessments.
