Requirements:Proven experience within finance, preferably with exposure to e-Trading platforms, exchanges, and market data vendors. Familiarity with cost allocation and management reporting. Exceptional multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills, with an aptitude for effective prioritization under tight deadlines. Meticulous attention to detail, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with tools such as GPT, SQL, and Tableau is advantageous.

Role Overview: Broker Relations and Vendor Analyst

This position sits within the Broker Relations team and reports directly to the Head of Broker Relations. The focus is on managing broker research and market data contracts, handling procurement, and overseeing commercial vendor agreements. The role calls for strong analytical skills and commercial awareness to help support the firm’s trading and investment activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the full procurement process for broker research and market data contracts.
  • Negotiate and oversee contract renewals for data, research, and other commercial agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, user entitlements, and related documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding portfolio managers and tracking research usage.
  • Oversee cost allocations to ensure accuracy across cost centers.
  • Administer the broker voting process for the firm.
  • Evaluate broker performance and the value of services provided on an ongoing basis.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives, including the use of AI and related technologies.
