Strong business development skills are essential. Demonstrated project management expertise and thorough knowledge of project management processes. Success in developing winning proposals and delivering impactful presentations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for building interpersonal relationships.

Join LaBella Associates as a Bridge Project Manager in our Buffalo, NY office, where you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing bridge projects and nurturing client relationships. Collaborating with market leaders, you will also spearhead efforts to attract new clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation in bridge engineering and demonstrate a successful track record in project management. This position entails serving as a technical specialist or project manager for mid to large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee assigned projects, ensuring all aspects are executed effectively.
  • Engage in business development initiatives, including client meetings to foster relationships.
  • Prepare and coordinate proposals to secure new work opportunities.
  • Conduct technical tasks such as research, report writing, design, specifications, and plan preparation to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Proactively manage project scope, schedule, and budget, acting as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships, serving as a principal contact for the company.

Salary Range: $107,000 - $145,000 per year

The salary offered will depend on various factors, including relevant experience, education, and work location.
