Your Role
Engage in innovative thinking to collaboratively advance our brand narrative alongside various stakeholders.
Drive creative ideation to shape our brand and marketing strategies from the ground up.
Develop comprehensive brand assets and campaign materials tailored for internal and customer-facing initiatives.
Establish and uphold brand systems that enhance our workflow—creating templates, guidelines, libraries, and tools to maintain brand consistency.
Design event materials, signage, and other tangible brand elements that resonate with our audience.
As a pivotal member of Sierra’s design team, you will play a crucial role in defining our brand’s visual identity and cultural essence.
Your Qualifications
3 to 8 years of professional experience in brand, marketing, or graphic design, whether in an agency or in-house setting.
A robust portfolio that showcases your exceptional visual design capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Expertise in design tools, particularly Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite; experience in motion graphics is an advantage.
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
