THE ROLE
We seek a customer service enthusiast to represent our depot in Hobart, Tasmania. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will exemplify excellent customer care, ensure our fleet of campervans is maintained to the highest standards, and manage operations at the depot with accountability and diligence.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Manage incoming reservations, greet guests, and oversee check-ins and check-outs.
Ensure the fleet is in top condition by monitoring maintenance and repair needs.
Assist in training, supervising, and mentoring your team.
Control booking activities, manage stock, and liaise with local suppliers and cleaning services.
Address complaints, emergencies, and any local issues to maintain smooth operations.
Prepare and clean campervans for rentals.
Assist in reselling campervans, preparing them for prospective buyers.
