Competitive Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000
Plus a $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS!

Relocation Package Available: Up to $15,000

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
  • Conduct assessments to determine the need for behavioral interventions (e.g., preference assessments, functional assessments, staff performance assessments).
  • Supervise others pursuing BCBA certification on a weekly basis.
  • Engage in other typical BCBA activities.
