Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 base salary

Your Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.

- Oversee RBTs and caregivers in implementing behavior-analytic programs.

- Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs.

- Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.

- Perform other typical BCBA activities.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in a relevant field.

- Active BCBA certification is required.

- Initiate the state licensure process prior to your start date.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
