Engage with customers to understand their needs utilizing the Crown Selling Process. Establish rapport and build a network of customer referrals. Facilitate test drives and present detailed vehicle product information, including pricing and incentives. Close sales effectively. Comprehensive training will be provided. Strong motivation for success. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to cultivate and maintain customer relationships. Proficient in computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM systems, Eleads, Autotrader). Prior sales experience is preferred. Professional appearance and business attire are required. Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
