The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of experience necessary to implement intelligent and sustainable facilities. You will be well-versed in emerging trends in converged networks and IoT technology, contributing to occupant wellness in our projects. Collaborate with our national ICT/BMS team to expand local Syska services by identifying new business opportunities and leveraging our firm’s innovative technology-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing controls designs and providing project execution support under the guidance of a BMS design lead.
  • Creating controls design drawings and integrated systems specifications for various sectors including Aviation, Critical Facilities, Finance, Healthcare, and Pharmaceuticals.
  • Travel may be required to project sites across the US, allowing direct interaction with internal and external clients at cutting-edge facilities.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Drafting BMS drawings, sequencing operations, and preparing specifications.
  • Assisting in equipment selection for building systems and report generation.
  • Supporting project execution through reviewing submittals and RFIs.
  • Participating in project meetings and interfacing with clients and contractors.
  • Collaborating closely with internal project leads, managers, and design teams.
