What You Will Do Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team dedicated to Product and Technology recruitment. Shape and refine hiring processes to attract strong candidates and strengthen Trustpilot’s employer brand. Work closely with department heads to understand workforce needs and priorities. Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to each team’s goals. Identify, engage, and secure high-caliber candidates for critical roles.
