The Role:

We are in search of a skilled Bioinformatics Scientist to enhance our Sustaining and Continuous Improvement team within Global Operations. This pivotal role involves constructing, refining, and supervising comprehensive quality control (QC) processes for RNA-based microarray and NGS high-volume Laboratory Developed Test (LDT) diagnostic products in CLIA labs. The Bioinformatics Scientist will ensure operational excellence, drive process enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective troubleshooting. The selected candidate will maintain product consistency through routine CLIA updates, contribute to verification and validation documentation, and engage in design reviews. This role promises valuable exposure to diagnostic product development and sustainability, with a direct impact on improving patient outcomes.
