Their impactful contributions drive revenue growth, assist in pipeline development, and provide crucial feedback to our product and engineering teams.
Your Role
As a Billing Solutions Architect, you will serve as a vital technical advisor and solutions expert, championing our billing solutions for both new and existing customers. You will work closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful client implementations while shaping our product roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback. Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders, developing bespoke technical solutions, and fostering knowledge sharing will be key aspects of your role.
