Jobgether is hiring a Billing & Operations Specialist for a partner based in Mexico. This position plays a central part in keeping financial operations accurate and supporting smooth transitions from service delivery to billing in a service-driven business.
What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end billing processes, ensuring invoices are accurate and timely.
- Coordinate with field and operations teams so that billed tasks match the services provided.
- Oversee financial reconciliation and reporting, maintaining clear records and supporting cash flow visibility.
- Promote operational efficiency by identifying and supporting process improvements.

- Professional experience in accounting, operations management, or systems coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and disciplined approach to processes.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and service management platforms.
