Location and Schedule
This position is fully onsite at the Denver Tech Center Office in Denver, CO. In-person attendance is required five days a week, starting Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
Role overview
As a Bilingual Spanish Health Guide at Rightway Healthcare, this role supports members as they move through the healthcare system. The Health Guide serves as a reliable point of contact, helping people understand their benefits, locate care, and resolve issues. Rightway’s digital platform brings together medical, pharmacy, and virtual care to simplify healthcare for both employers and members.
The Navigation Operations team emphasizes service and clear communication. Team members support those who may feel overwhelmed by healthcare decisions, working to make the process less confusing and more supportive.
What you will do
- Provide healthcare navigation support by phone, chat, text, and email in both Spanish and English.
- Assist members in finding care providers that fit their needs and preferences.
- Answer questions about healthcare benefits, including coverage, deductibles, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket maximums.
- Help with billing questions and resolve payment issues.
- Schedule doctor appointments and arrange additional support services as needed.
