Bachelor's Degree: $59,826 - $71,791
Master's Degree: $65,929 - $79,114

Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC) is seeking dedicated Bilingual Social Workers to join our Early Start Division. This position offers a hybrid work schedule that allows you to engage with the community, work from our San Francisco office, and also from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs assessments for families with children aged 0-3 and develop individualized Family Service Plans.
  • Act as an advocate and service coordinator, ensuring that families receive the necessary resources and support.
  • Monitor child development and provide activities to promote growth.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with state regulations.
  • Participate in community meetings and collaborate with local agencies.

This role requires local travel within San Francisco, occasional statewide travel, and reliable transportation to various locations throughout the day.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish (reading and speaking) is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families and community resources.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining client records.
