Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries about traffic tickets, violations, and payment options. Provide empathetic and clear support while effectively de-escalating complex situations. Carefully document and track incoming payments (online, cashier’s checks, money orders). Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve intricate cases. Maintain comprehensive records and ensure high standards of data accuracy. Requirements:Minimum of 2 years in customer support or direct consumer communication (not within a high-volume call center). Proven experience with transactions, accounts receivable, and payment tracking. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Excellent multitasking abilities with strong organizational skills.
